Space and Materiality 8_16th September 2019_Deepak Singh

Since I was not well, I could not attend class today. So I asked a friend about what happened. Accordingly, our faculty brought two face sculptures made up of clay by 2nd year product designing students. We had to draw the faces using triangles. We were free to use as many triangles we want to and of any size. The only thing we had to do was make sure that the final drawing looks like the face. This whole exercise was done to teach us about the method tessellation. Tessellation is an arrangement of shapes closely fitted together, in a repeated pattern without gaps or overlapping.
