Strategy , Management and Creativity
MANAGEMENT , there is no single definition or meaning of the term but many. We do not have unified views on what management is precisely but we can say that management is getting things done in a desired manner. It has many general elements in it such as people management ,creativity ,partnerships ,strategies etc. There are three most important elements which are related to management and strategy :-
- GAINING KNOWLEDGE – Knowledge gives a person ability to understand, analyze, make better decision and evolve most intelligent thoughts. Knowledge is the way to more doors and opportunities in life.
- TIME MANAGEMENT – Time is precious and scarce resources. It should be used to achieve the goals you have set in your life. Learning time management skills help to make the most of the time in the life and also lets you enjoy life. Famous people or achievers know the importance of time management skills and used this skill to plan their lives and achieve their goals.
- DECISION MAKING – For an effective decision making process, one must be in a stable mind to weigh both positive and negative options and also have proper knowledge about the situation or topic to take best decision. Decision making is very closely related to knowledge, time and money management, these are the factors which should be taken care while making or taking a good decision for a business or organisation or company or in life.
